It shocked me to see 100% of the people put their hands up, yet not one of them had a plan to change that. It’s a common thing I have been hearing from audience members and clients, “I’m not where I thought I would be at this stage of my life.” Despite many books, tapes, workshops and the like on how to change your life and make it better, how to find your life purpose, how to find happiness… 100% of my audience still did not feel like they were at the stage of life they expected to me at and were dissatisfied with that. It is very common.

Exercising works by stressing the muscles. When muscles become stressed they attempt to rebuild in a way that is better suited to handle that kind of stress in the future. So, whenever you rest after a workout you are allowing your muscles to grow. It is a very simple concept, but many people forget this part and think that overworking their muscles is a good thing. However, overworking muscles will actually prevent them from growing back better and stronger than before.

We do not workout lifestyle carry the vibrational energy of the life we desire. This is the secret that was left out of “The Secret.” We need to be a vibrational match to that which we desire.

Continue writing until you feel strong feelings or perhaps even an emotion like weeping. Pain can be your friend because it serves as a reminder that you are resisting being who you really are.

Make a schedule and check your progress against it. Make sure that every week there is an improvement, be it waist line reduction, weight loss or increase in muscle mass. Then you will know if you have hit a plateau and you have to toss up the workout.

If someone tells me this time of the day is better or that time is better, I tell them hogwash! They don’t know your situation. You do what’s best for you, period! As long as you’re working out, you’re good to go in my book!
