We all make goals for our own improvement, development and enrichment. Be it to run a marathon, to learn French, to play the piano, to learn to sketch, or to write a novel we all have something we would like to do to improve ourselves and enrich our lives. We make these goals with the best of intentions, but everyday somehow they never get accomplished from a goal into a reality. And that isn’t to say that these things are not important to you. They just simply don’t get done. Somewhere between essential activities such as showering in the morning and eating dinner in the evening your goal for self-improvement just isn’t met once again.
Another motivation al tool is to make yourself a chart, just like your mom used to make you when you were little. Make a system like give yourself a check mark on the days you achieve your goal and a circle on days you don’t. Even this little personal accountability chart will increase your motivation.
There are simple ways to increase your motivation. For starters make sure you are getting enough sleep. It is difficult to be motivated to run a mile if you are still exhausted from work yesterday.
inspiration can also originate from books as well. Go to the library and look into some art books to assist you get some inspiration to get you going again with your creative design. Occasionally by looking at other people’s works you can get past your creative block and start creating your personal airbrush art again. Any kind of art will work to provide you with Follow me since after all you can airbrush any design you see. Take the time to consider the art in the books and notice them as your personal. Think of how you would have created that picture had it been yours. Then go from there and begin drawing out how you would have made it look. Once you are pleased with it then airbrush it on to your task to produce your own unique airbrush art design.
THAT’S the side of motivation you seldom hear about – the need to remove the demotivational factors in your life. Sometimes it’s physical factors – a person, your environment or your health. Most likely you already know how to plug those holes once you’ve identified them. Just as often it’s a mindset issue – your own way of looking at things can be demotivating you every single day.
Failures are parts of life. If ever you fall, do not feel too bad and beat yourself up. Acknowledge failure; assess what impact those failures have done in your life and take action to stand up once again.
There is just so much activity at a flea market if you’re after people and things. Look at the tables and you will see items that have history. There are lots of patterns, textures and large amounts of clutter and things. Plenty here to inspire.
Nothing wrong with using motivation to get started just realize that if you want to continue on without fail, you have to rise above motivation and tune into the inspiration.
