I have yet to find a more hated president (Bush). These respondents are mostly of middle age and/or are having trouble in the recession economy. Some have foreclosed. Others of this category are against the war on Iraq.

Next we have telemarketing calls from 2 different sources. One is a 15-person sales force of your own, selling your customers tickets to highend seminars and coaching programs. The other is a massive Call Center sales force, selling a highend coaching program.

All the services mentioned here do fall under telemarketing and you’ve probably heard some negative comments about this industry. However, work is being done to clear the name. Besides, using a good call center tijuana has been known to yield positive results in the business world, even those nearing bankruptcy have been brought back on their feet. Sure, people might say that it’s a pain to have people call them without notice, to have people call them at the most inappropriate time, but that’s why you’re doing B2B telemarketing. You’re not calling people’s houses, you’re contacting other businesses which means you’re operating during normal working hours and of course, they’re your target market. The upside of the whole thing is that it gets you what you need: sales and information.

(3)For this to happen, so-called “quality checklists” must contain more than hollow terms. They need definitions. The phone phenomena that are discussed need to be defined objectively and behaviorally. For example, I’ve seen numerous score sheets that use the term, “sincerity.” This is a dumb category to begin with, because the link between someone sounding sincere and getting great customer results is tenuous, but more important how can Bill tell when someone is sincere? Is he omniscient, all-seeing, able to enter others’ hearts and souls at will? If we define sincerity objectively, however, as the rep’s VOICE behaving a certain way, doing certain things while avoiding others; or as a customer’s VOICE doing certain things or saying certain words, in response, we move onto more solid ground.

OK, here is one of my favorite parts about the bus rides. Ever been to Disneyland? Remember in the old days the best rides required an “E ticket”? Well last night, Friday October 22, green bus #A-067 I will always remember as an E ticket ride.

Next, think about your customer base. Chances are, many of your customers are working professionals. This means they will be at work at the same time your business is open. If you do not have any sort of answering service, then your customers will not be able to reach you when they actually can make the call. This means, you could be losing numerous customers to the competition. In today’s competitive world, this can be detrimental for your business.

Next comes the one-time-offers. The customer is automatically shown up to 5 one-time-offers. 1st product costs $37, 2nd costs $197, 3rd costs $497, 4th costs $1,997, and 5th costs $5,000. Believe it or not, but there are customers who will go all the way through this funnel and buy to the end.

My local poll really is nothing compared to the next election – we’ll find out the whole truth four years from now, but so far, this is just a small start.
