A blog usually is a web page that contains brief, discrete hunks of information called posts. These posts are arranged in reverse-chronological order (the most recent come first) and each is uniquely identified by an anchor tag which is marked with a permanent link that can be referred to by others who wish to link to it.
You need to look at yourself and the type of person you are. You need to know that the blogging job you want you will have to write many many articles about. Therefore, make sure you will write about something you enjoy writing about. A negative blogger will shine through to their audience.
Bloggers help bloggers. As you leave comments on others’ blogs, and get known in the blogosphere, you can ask other bloggers to “guest blog” for you. Ask them to write just one entry, or to write five.
Second, other bloggers will start sending Trackbacks to your blog on their blogs so that their readers can see what you have to say on certain topics. This helps build your readership as well. It is a never ending circle that just keeps getting bigger if you know what you are doing!
WordPress is perfect for who are active on bookmarking sites such as Digg, reddit and StumbleUpon, and on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. It is also a well-known fact that sites such as these are not very fond of Blogger blogs. In global standard, the WordPress blogging platform is considered more acceptable.
