HOW MUCH DO I NEED? Half an ounce of flax oil a day is all you need. An ounce a day is better for a few months if you’re deficient and wanting to top-up quickly. An alternative is to eat milled flax seed, maybe an ounce a day. In both cases, mix it with your food for preference. You can also usefully eat wild sub-Arctic oily fish a couple of times a week: salmon, trout, herring, mackerel and so on, but not tuna (because it’s an Omega-3-poor warm water fish), nor farmed fish (fed on ALA-deficient commercial junk meal rather than eating ALA-rich plankton). The fish oil contains some EPA and DHA derivative Omega-3 fatty acids which can’t give you ALA but mean that you don’t need as much.

Add more healthy oils to our diet – I don’t mean the bottled ones you find in the supermarket, they are rancid before they even hit the store shelves. Use olive oil, flax seed oil,cbd hemp oil and nut oils such as walnut and hazelnut. Adding oils to your diet are very beneficial to your skin, hair and even your eyes. You can add oils to your cooking, steaming, along to your salads and smoothies.

When you look at your daily meal plan, you should make sure there are 2-3 servings of protein a day, as recommended by health experts. One serving is equivalent to between 3 and 4 ounces of meat that has been cooked. The same experts also recommend those protein servings come from healthier, leaner meats such as chicken and turkey, and fish. Some of the meats available do have protein but also have a high amount of fat, such as liver, processed lunchmeats and red meats.

Many people mistake dandruff for actual flaky scalp that appears to be dandruff but is actually dry scalp that flakes away. For this problem it is much more effective to use a dry scalp shampoo that has one of the following oils: jojoba oil, emu oil or buy cbd hemp oil online. These oils work well to end dry scalp. The problem is that most companies don’t put enough oil in the shampoo to make a difference. Our favorite is emu shampoo since it also has jojoba oil but does not leave the hair or even scalp oily in any way but it does leave the hair and scalp super moisturized and that is vital to health hair.

Supplements are also available on the market which can be consumed on a regular basis in addition to a proper and well-balanced diet. These supplements are effective and can be consumed by people of all ages.

No deaths necessary! There are much better alternatives in the energy production field, than nuclear, coal and oil. Think about it.
